Lynette Poulton Kamakura was ordained a Deacon on October 7, 2023, and was assigned by our Bishop to serve at St. Luke’s ~ San Lucas. 
A retired Foreign Service Officer, I have spent many years living and working overseas, giving me a passion for immigrant and refugee issues. I am also an experienced negotiator and mediator, bringing these skills to my diaconal work in community reconciliation. 

I love languages, and can converse in English, Spanish, French and Russian.
